A day that might sound familiar

Most families don't struggle all day long. They struggle at the same few moments, again and again.

  1. Getting out the door

Shoes, backpack, car. It takes forty minutes and ends in tears, sometimes yours.

  2. Home from school

They held it together all day. You get the meltdown.

  3. Screens off

One warning, two warnings, then a full-body no.

  4. Dinner

Siblings, spilled milk, and a standoff over three bites.

  5. Bedtime, round three

One more drink, one more story. You're worn out, and so are they.

None of this makes you a bad parent. These moments tend to follow patterns, and patterns can change.

How parent training works

You stay the expert on your child. Parent training gives you a clearer picture of what's happening and a plan to try.

  1. Fill out the intake form

Tell us about your family and what's been hardest lately. It takes 5 to 10 minutes.

  2. Have a free 15-minute call

Natalie reads your form, then you talk it through together: what's going on, and what you're looking for.

  3. Get invited to check out

If she can genuinely help, you'll be invited to check out for single sessions or a 4-session plan. If not, you pay nothing.

  4. Build and practice a plan

Practical strategies matched to your child and your routines, and you can message Natalie between sessions with questions.

Grounded in the science of behavior, explained in plain language

Natalie's parent training draws on applied behavior analysis. You won't need the jargon. Here's the kind of thinking you'll practice together.

  • Look at what happens before and after

Behavior usually makes more sense once you see what sets it off and what follows it.

  • Make the expected thing easier

Clear, simple expectations and steady routines leave less to argue about.

  • Notice the good moments

Specific, genuine attention to what's going well helps it happen more often.

  • Stay calm and consistent

A predictable response from you matters more than a perfect one.

Who parent training is for

Parents and caregivers who want professional help making sense of their child's behavior, and a plan they can actually use, without starting formal therapy. Natalie won't evaluate or diagnose your child. Instead, you'll work through the hard moments together, with strategies built around your family's real routines.

Natalie Ziadeh, BCBA, smiling outdoors

Meet Natalie Ziadeh, BCBA

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who works virtually with families of kids ages 2 to 16 across all support needs. I have been in the ABA field since 2019, became an RBT in 2021, and earned my BCBA in 2023.

My approach starts with a simple idea: we are not here to control behavior, we are here to understand it. Every behavior is communication, and once you can hear what your child is actually asking for, the hard moments start to make sense.

It always starts with understanding why. Once you can see what a behavior is doing for your child, you stop guessing and start knowing what to do next. From there we build your plan together. You will learn how to give your child a way to communicate before frustration takes over, how to help them through hard moments so those moments get shorter, and how to reinforce the new skills so they hold up long after our call ends.

I built Sharper Behavior because skills that only work in session are not enough. Real change happens at home, in the everyday moments, with parents who feel confident and in control. Watching a family get there is my favorite part of this work.

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2023
  • Her certification can be verified by name in the BACB certificant registry.
  • Licensed as a behavior analyst in Texas
  • Working in applied behavior analysis since 2019
